Rentals
How much does a salon studio cost?
Studio rates vary by location and size. Contact us or schedule a tour to discuss current availability and rates. All utilities, WiFi, and shared amenities are included — no hidden fees.
Are there long-term contracts?
We offer flexible rental terms tailored to your situation. The specifics — term length, included amenities, and any incentives — are best reviewed during a tour, where our team can walk you through what makes sense for your business.
What does my rental include?
Your rental covers your private studio, all utilities (electric, water, gas), high-speed WiFi, access to shared spaces (reception, break room, laundry), client parking, and 24/7 building access.
Getting Started
How do I get started?
Schedule a free tour at any of our locations. Walk through the studios, meet the community, and ask all your questions. If you find a studio you love, we can often have you moved in within days.
Do I need a license?
Yes — depending on your trade, you are required to be licensed by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, or any other licensing board that governs your beauty trade. We verify all licenses before move-in.
How quickly can I move in?
In many cases, you can move in within days of signing your rental agreement. Our studios are move-in ready with a styling chair, shampoo bowl, mirror, storage, and cabinetry.
Your Studio
What's included in my studio?
Every studio comes with a premium styling chair, shampoo bowl, full-length mirror, personal storage and cabinetry, individual climate control, and professional lighting. Studios can easily be customized for estheticians, med spa professionals, and other beauty-related uses.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Absolutely. It's your studio — bring your own chair, equipment, products, and decor. Many of our professionals fully brand their studios to reflect their personal style.
What studio sizes are available?
We offer three sizes: Single Studio (comfortable for one — designed for individual stylists, estheticians, and nail techs), Assistant Single (generously sized — ideal for lash artists, microbladers, or anyone needing extra room for equipment), and Double Studio (ample space for two professionals — great for partners or high-volume stylists with an assistant).
Operations
What are the building hours?
All tenants have 24/7 keycard access to their studio and shared spaces. Office hours for management and tours are Monday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
Do you offer studios for services other than hair?
Yes — our studios are built to host a wide range of beauty and wellness professionals. Estheticians, nail techs, lash artists, barbers, microblading and PMU artists, tattoo artists, massage therapists, med spa providers (Botox, fillers, laser, IV therapy), sunless tanning and spray tan studios, brow and waxing specialists, makeup artists, photographers, and other independent operators all call ASPIRE home. If your service fits a private studio environment and meets local regulations, there is almost certainly a place for you here — schedule a tour and we will walk through the specifics together.
Is parking available?
Yes, every ASPIRE location includes free on-site parking for both tenants and their clients.
