Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (for example, which
pages are most popular). This sets first-party cookies (such as _ga and
_ga_*) in your browser and shares usage data with Google, our analytics
provider. We do not sell your personal information for money, but this analytics sharing
may be considered a "sale" or "share" under California law, which is why you can opt out.
Because we operate in California, you may opt out at any time. Use the
"Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of any
page to bring back the cookie notice and decline analytics. Declining disables Google
Analytics and clears its _ga / _ga_* cookies in your browser.
Your choice is remembered on this device. We also honor
Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out.

Chat & Contact Form Data
When you submit our contact / tour-request form or chat with our AI assistant, we collect the information you provide (such as name, email, phone, business details, and the content of your messages) so we can respond and follow up with you about your interest in our salon studios.
Chat messages are sent to Anthropic, PBC (our AI model provider) to generate replies. Anthropic processes the content under their commercial terms and does not train models on this data. A transcript of each chat is stored in our database so our team can review and follow up if you express interest. We do not knowingly share chat content with any other third party.
Contact-form submissions and qualified chat leads are forwarded to our internal customer-relationship management (CRM) system so our sales team can reach out. Both the original submission and any CRM-side notes are retained for as long as we are considering or actively in conversation with you, and then archived per our internal retention policy.
We retain your truncated IP address (last octet zeroed) and a short user-agent fingerprint with each submission for abuse prevention and rate-limiting. We do not use this data for advertising or share it with brokers.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email hello@aspiresalonstudios.com. California residents have the right to opt out of any "sale" or "share" of personal information as described above, plus the right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information. We honor all of these rights and respond within 45 days.
